If your order contains multiple items, please note that they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. In such cases, you will receive separate tracking information for each item.

7.  Address Accuracy

8. Delivery Acceptance:

Eligibility 

You may return a watch within 14 days of the original purchase date if it meets the following conditions:

 

  • The watch is in its original, unworn condition.
  • All tags, stickers, and protective covers are intact. 
  • (If the protective cover has been removed, we must regretfully deny your request as it contravenes our return and exchange policies.)
  • The watch is accompanied by the original packaging, including boxes and manuals.
  • A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is provided.

Refund Process

 

Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the return process.please share pictures or video of the watch with us.

After receiving approval, carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method.(Please use only local shipping courier  or EMS shipping)

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and verify that it meets our return conditions, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

 

2. Exchange Policy

Exchange Process

 

Contact our Customer Service team to initiate the exchange process and specify the watch you would like to receive in exchange.

After receiving approval, carefully package the watch and all accompanying items and ship it back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. (Please use only local shipping courier or EMS shipping)

Once we receive and inspect the returned watch and verify that it meets our exchange conditions, we will ship the requested replacement watch to you. Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

 

3. Warranty and Repair Policy

 

Warranty

All watches sold by Watchesland come with a 2 -year limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions under normal use. The warranty does not cover damage caused by accidents, misuse, or unauthorized repairs.
